Wiraraja Indonesia was established in 1998 in Batam City, Riau Island, Indonesia. Wiraraja Indonesia engages in Industrial Estate Management & Infrastructure, Manufacturing and Mining.
You will support and troubleshoot on all matters around the IT infrastructure. Prepare Computer for new starters, order and manage Notebooks, WIFI Networks, Smartphones and Video Conference Systems. You will be the first level Support Helpdesk person with our global IT Supporter Team for your worldwide employees during our daytime. You need to write manuals and documentation. Organize and maintain the Internet connection and the network from the offices. Help to define and evaluate the local needs to bring these inputs into our global IT system.
Job Description

Must have sound troubleshooting knowledge of Operating systems (MS-Windows 10 &Mac Book).

Should have sound knowledge of e-mail clients MS Outlook/Office 365/Thunderbird.

Should have a fair knowledge of computer/Laptops/Printers/Scanners/peripheral troubleshooting.

Should have a fair knowledge of Anti-Virus Clients, Internet proxy, patch management, etc

Manage and maintain in-house website

Manage incidents/service requests assigned to them until resolution/execution

Responsible for the maintenance of the required strategic documentation (detailed business plans)
relating to a business transformational initiative -
Provide support to projects and ensure all assigned projects deliverables are completed as per
schedule
Job Requirement

Possess Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree from reputable university, majoring in Computer

Science/Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent

Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Support

Must be fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
