Wiraraja Indonesia was established in 1998 in Batam City, Riau Island, Indonesia. Wiraraja Indonesia engages in Industrial Estate Management & Infrastructure, Manufacturing and Mining.

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Commercial Assistant Manager to join our team, passionate in building partnership, getting deal and achieving target, understanding in marketing and analytics, and able to craft strategy for business exploration.

Job Descriptions

  • Conducting regular research on market insights, business opportunities, industry trends, competitive landscape, customer demographics, and new technologies in order to identify any potential threats or opportunities for Wiraraja Indonesia
  • Exploring and reaching out to prospective B2B partners as well as actively communicating with them on their needs and expectations
  • Analyzing the needs, conceptualizing, and providing design solutions for potential B2B Partners
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth on-boarding and clients’ growth
  • Devise partnership plan for the potential B2B partners
  • Devise workaround on potential blockers/challenges
  • Preparing B2B partnership requirements and/or other BD-related documentation (including legal, financial documents, and business opportunities/market landscape information)
  • Manage partners data into a database based on deal stage and lifecycle
  • Manage end-to-end B2B product integration process for new B2B Partners
  • Communicating and coordinating with the relevant internal stakeholders related to B2B product & partnership
  • Supporting Business Lead on data extraction and analysis to understand better B2B partner’s performance, key figures, and potential improvement points
  • Monitoring B2B Partnership performance and preparing regular reporting
  • Support Commercial Leads and Director

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor degrees in Business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or other related majors
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Business Development/Business Analyst/Marketing
  • Ability to conceptualize and structure B2B partnership
  • Proven experience working with a tight deadline in a fast-paced working environment
  • A creative problem solver with strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Ability to read, write, and speak fluently in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Ability to read, write, and speak in Chinese is an advantage
  • Strong commercial acumen, communication and presentation skills
  • Team player, proactive, and highly motivated
  • Strong Ms. Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Have interest and preferably some experience working in a manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Wiling to be placed in Batam
